Autumn in Asheville

October 25-28, 2024

Join your host Kristin Gore for a 3 night getaway to the beautiful scenery of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the fall!

We will be staying in a gorgeously-appointed 5 bedroom home just up the hill from the town of Black Mountain, about 18 miles away from Asheville proper.

Friday evening we will check in at 4:00 pm and get to know one another over dinner and a relaxing sound bath. Saturday we will begin the day with a hike, followed by lunch and exploration in Black Mountain, and ending with yoga and dinner at home. Sunday will also begin with a hike, followed by lunch and exploration in Asheville (with an optional visit to The Biltmore), and ending with yoga and dinner at home. On Monday we will enjoy a slow morning before checking out at 10:00 am.

Kind Words from Past Retreat Guests

  • I have had private group classes and have joined two retreats. You are in good hands with Kristin. She is clear and timely with communication and plans classes and retreats that allow you to be still, be strong, and take encouragement that invest in your mind/body/soul alignment. Every detail is perfectly selected for a bespoke experience that creates a special place where everyone belongs. The lodging, food and classes and activities are excellent.

  • It was such a wonderful, invigorating, and relaxing experience! The activities, the connections made, the food, and service were all top notch. I will highly recommend future retreats to my friends!

  • Loved it all so much!!! It was amazing.

  • Everything was excellent! I can't think of anything else that could of made it better :-))

  • The Sedona Retreat with Kristin was everything I imagined it would be, plus more! The entire trip was meticulously planned to perfection. Our spacious home for the week was stunning (fully equipped with fabulous pool and breathtaking views) and exceeded my expectations. Kristin had a flexible schedule lined up, including hikes, delicious meals, yoga twice a day, and free time. We were welcomed with loving arms and the group quickly bonded! Moving our bodies, sharing our stories, gathering around the table for meals, laughing, crying, and taking in the amazing surroundings was just what I needed to escape from my busy life and tune into myself for the week. Thank you, Kristin, for sharing not only your love of yoga with us, but guiding us to see our strengths and truths. Can't wait until next time!
